Summary: Deserves a 100+ rating
Comment: This has got to be the most inspiring work of piano I've ever had the privilege of listening. The complete tonal production of this CD is so clear, if one just shut their eyes they could vision themselves being treated to a very personal concerto. If you haven't shared this with the one (or ones) you love shame on you. Can't say enough about this recording!

Summary: A soundtrack for the Season
Comment: Originally acquired as a tape, this newly enhanced and beautifully done CD contains all if not more of the charm achieved in the former edition. Jacobs pieces are masterful and invoke the essence of summer....the rolling dunes, soft sea breezes, giggles and romance all associated with the fleeting season. So too do the tracks.....the CD is wonderful for listening to outdoors, with friends, a cup of morning coffee, a day trip, while cooking dinner, or even during those cold winter months when one would all but kill for a day at the seaside, a scent of zinnia, a lazy swing in a hammock, or a traditional barbeque. I highly recommend it to anyone who believes in the power of putting a soundtrack to the seasons.

Comment: I've had the cassette now since '95. It is so calming and enjoyable year 'round. Now, I'm replacing it with a CD, it is so worn out!
