Summary: disappointed
Comment: As a classically trained musician, I found this "music" more annoying than relaxing. But, I think that it might work alright for other people. It was an experiment, and I found that Baroque and Classical instrumental music works better for me.

Comment: It was my first Ocean wave relaxation CD and now I have ample of them. Still this one is the best with natural sound mixed with perfect relaxation music, This CD is not to break your meditation by making you bore, but restore your meditation mood.
