Comment: So relaxing to sit and listen to - or to have playing in the background while working, cleaning, reading - doing just about anything. It sounds as though you are really at the beach, listening to the crashing waves. I love this CD!

Comment: Anyone, is there music in this cd? I prefer...no, no, I don't like any music whatsoever when I'm enjoying the nature sounds. Its distracting and downright drowning the natural sounds of the nature. It just beat the purpose... you know.

Comment: This CD was very dissappointing. I expected to hear gently crashing waves with a sea gull backround. I didn't hear any sea gulls and the waves sounded like they were crashing in a hurricane,very loud...I had to turn it off after 15 minutes because it gave me a headache

Summary: Great for insomniacs and people with stress
Comment: This was my 2nd attempt at buying an environmental CD and I am extremely pleased! Being an insomniac I found this to help me fall asleep quickly and have a soothing and restful nights sleep. The sounds of the waves crashing against the shore were very realistic except for maybe a few spots here and there. The sound quality is excellent. It has little to no 'static' throughout the whole CD. The Sea Gulls in the background were just that, in the background. If you are looking for a nature CD that makes you feel like you are at the ocean, THIS IS IT! I have also found it to be helpful with my stress after a long day at work dealing with the public.
