Summary: A peaceful discipline
Comment: This is the first time I have used Singing Bowls to enhance meditation and prayer time. Each selection is about 28 minutes long with some intervals marked with just a "bell". What a gift to not need a watch! The wind chimes that begin each selection help me focus more quickly and the blend of songs and sounds that follow are exquisite.

Comment: I am a yoga teacher and a fellow teacher played this toward the end of class. Had to buy a copy for myself. I have used it in my own class and I get a lot of very positive feedback from my students. I also play it when I meditate. AHHHHHh!

Comment: This is wonderful to play when laying your head down on your pillow to sleep. This CD weaves through ones brain choking out lifes little challenges allowing one to let go and rest.
