Summary: wonderful for yoga
Comment: incredibly soothing and stimulating at the same time. im like pavlovs dogs when i hear it. yoga time! i have both shamanic 1 and 2, but i use this one 99% of the time. i highly recommend it not only for practicing yoga, but as background for cleaning and just getting ready to face the day. its also great for quieting down at the end of the day.
