Comment: I bought this CD on a whim and use it now for my stability ball class. It has a great slow rhythmic beat, while also having a powerful flow that keeps the class moving. I always get great feedback from my students when I use it.

Comment: I first heard this CD at my power yoga class at the gym. The tracks coordinate well with a one hour class, to a mellow smooth beginning, increasing beats and intensity in the middle and then a soothing ending perfect for sivasana. This is one of my top yoga CDs, highly reccomend if you are having trouble getting motivated to practice at home. This makes it so enjoyable!
