Summary: rootsy rhythm to feed your soul
Comment: After reading the reviews I must comment. This cd wonderfull. It starts with an invocative chant to honor the source and follows with a lot of rootsy Hindi music which follows the sequence of your yoga flow. The third track is a delight. It sounds like a village of children singing their hearts out in a very upbeat heartlifting joyful song. Jai Utall is featured in the backbend portion. The second to last song is piano with what sounds like an old yogi softly speaking and the last song is a Hindi woman sounding a namaskara chant. The last two tracks are very raw and for some may seem wierd at first but relax and let go. Let it take you to a quiet place. Peace to you, me and this crazy world.

Comment: I found this to be rather bland and repetative. It is difficult to find good Yoga music because everyone's tastes are so different. I prefer drums and traditional instruments. This one is a bit new agey for me.
