Comment: Wonderful CD in so many ways. It has helped me with my anxiety. The guided meditations are very gentle and allow the listener to settle down to a peaceful place. Gets you beyond the superficial chatter of the mind to a remarkably deep state of consciousness.

Comment: CD is okay for some, but like the other reviewers said...Mary does drag her voice (too slow at times) when talking, and does pause alot during the meditation. I recommend trying another guided meditation cd.

Comment: Mary Maddux is able to bring her listener to a state of calm and relaxation quickly and easily. Her voice and the music behind her is so soothing to a tired soul and bring you to a quiet level of relaxation. I recommend this download. You will listen over and over again.

Comment: I really use this CD on a regular basis because it is so relaxing. Sometimes I select one of the three sessions and other times I listen to all three. It is especially helpful to use the "sleep" button on my CD player so I can fall asleep listening to it; and I often do.

The soothing voice and deeply relaxing music on the Ease of Being restore a centered state of awareness and support healing.
