Comment: I have read and listened to Deepak's works for over ten years. I was disappointed in the delivery. His teachings on Quantum Healing from long ago are much more substantial.

Comment: Deepak Chopra presents a wide variety of healing therapies in the Soul of Healing. He explains how the body makes its own healing chemicals and explores biological rhythms, holistic healing traditions, limbic regulation, biologically orchestrated healing and how sound can evoke a healing response.
The information presented here could be essential to your own survival on the planet. Deepak explains depression as the "depletion of energy" and shows how you can alleviate stress through breathing techniques.

Deepak Chopra dances with words and information. He seems to take pleasure in the sounds of words and even introduces his audience to a few musical instruments. He moves from the office, to the beach and other settings. This is an enjoyable DVD to watch over and over again. After you watch this DVD you may go out and buy rose oil or schedule a healing massage.
Each time I listen to Deepak speak, I learn something new and can apply it to my life. His command of the English language is always stunning and listening to him talk is a type of intellectual bliss.
