Summary: Sleep...finally
Comment: I haven't slept through the night in over 3 years, despite trying all types of herbs, sleep medicines, bedroom changes, etc. This CD has helped more than anything. I listen to it just before crawling into bed and, although I don't yet sleep through the night, my sleep is much improved. The music is quality and doesn't grow tiresome after repeated use...I actually really enjoy it!
