Comment: This CD takes you into teaching yourself to relax and hopefully heal tensions and problems through mind over body technique. I often believe YOU have to go along with these methods to get any value out of them. I've also listened to bad ones. This is not bad and I enjoy her story about a surprise flower garden as a child and now as an adult...real or not it's charming. I do have trouble with an early intro area where it sounds YOU CAN'T imagine your end self but it actually says You Can. Almost every single time it's sort of garbled and I finally have learned to make an effort at this spot and a few others to selectively Hear it correctly and glide on past it. Not sure why this happens could be she's not quite distinct enough or perhaps the recording garbled it. Also there tends to be a sort of nasal quality places near the end. I wondered if she had a cold or just getting over it or allergies. Anyway this is not bad as these tapes go. I have her basic Relaxation CD too and I find her voice clearer on that one. It suggests listening for 30 full days once a day and that is suppose to sink into your subconscious and then you'll be able to calm yourself on your own if need be by counting 3-2-1. I've listened for 3 weeks and yet I found myself able to relax better during the days stresses with same technique using the other relaxation CD. Not sure why? Good luck and have a good journey. And oh yes. I listen at night usually after going to bed. I usually fall asleep long before it's near the end. Then wake up much later to the annoying light from the CD player and the earbuds hurting an ear cause I rolled over on it. So others may find it nicer to listen during the day sitting up but leaning back in a comfy chair and staying awake.

I have been listening to Doreen's "Journey into Healing Light" every day, sometimes twice a day. It reeeeeeally is fantastic!!! She has such a wonderful way of bringing me to center, me focusing on me, my breath, my energy and being able to calm myself. The comfort and fulfillment, and abundance of love I feel I am receiving while listening to it, is so very, very healing. It has provided me with a sanctuary to heal, lessen my very intense pain, relax to calmness, listen to my body, and work on issues that have been buried deep. This cd has been vital to my well-being!!!

Comment: I've tried quite a few and this one is absolutely fabulous. I recommend it without reservation. I use it all the time and can't imagine getting sick of it. The music is great, her voice is lovely, the images she conjures up are uplifting and relaxing. A real winner. I hope she makes a dozen more.
