Summary: Relaxation CD
Comment: I enjoyed this cd more than other relaxation cds because it had a constant sound. The waves sound realistic. The sounds were not constant in other cds I've used to fall asleep to in the past, which would cause me to wake up. There is nothing more aggavating than finally falling asleep to a cd to have it snap you awake with a loud sound as the cd comes to an end. This cd perfectly lulls me to sleep and I stay there long after the cd is finished.

Comment: Purely ocean sounds (no music), this cd calms me enough to focus on projects when my brain and body insists on flitting from one thing to another. I own several Jeffrey D. Thompson CDs, and this is one of my favorites.

Comment: I absolutely love this CD. I listen to it every night when going to bed. It completely knocks me out. My husband who dislikes listening to music as we sleep LOVES this CD. Recently I went away on a 2 week trip and took the CD with me. He missed listening to the nightly sound of the ocean, this says alot! I highly recommend it.
Remember, You have to like the sound of the ocean to like this.
