Comment: there is a scream like sound in this cd - i had to get up and shut it off to make sure someone was not screaming outside! haven't used it since!

Comment: This cd uses brainwave technology and alpha waves are used to for a calming and relaxing state of mind. This cd not only incoporates these waves, but includes rainforest sounds as well. These animal sounds are quite and calming, not overwhelming like some rainforests cd. i use this to start to fall asleep followed by theta medatation 2.0 and then delta sleep 2.0 and i sleep great. YOu must try this. I never tried things like this before and the only reason i did was because of all the science behind it and it does work. i use it in my preschool classroom in the background and i can notice a difference in thier behavior when i play the cd. They are much more calm and relaxed during the day.
