Comment: On a gloomy, cloudy day this cd will perk you right up. I'm very happy to have it. My cat loves it too--she just sits quietly listening--it's great!

Summary: relaxing birds to ease mind
Comment: THis cd is based on Dr. Thompson's brainwave studies and how these patterns affect the mind. This cd uses alpha waves which in the brain causes relaxation and calmness. The songbirds are nice and relaxing, not overwhelming or overbearning. i use this in my preschool classroom to calm the students down and it works. I also use it to sleep with.
