Comment: This is the perfect CD to pop in on your way home from work, helps you forget about traffic and notice the trees, birds, and sky... leave work at work. You will find yourself exhaling your worries away. Before you sleep or while you bathe, clear your mind, relax, take yourself away from it all. In the same way we need to stop and smell the roses, we need to stop and listen to the tranquility that is so often missing in our lives.

Comment: This is certainly a fantastic CD of soundscapes to relax and wind down to. I'm not one to do alot of yoga and exercise technique (though I really should) however I can see where the CD would really serve beautifully in that context. I have the other CD as well which is also a soothing break from the norm. Highly recommended !!!!!

All pieces were written and performed by keyboard artist Cleveland Wehle, a Virginia-based musician specializing in slow, natural and atmospheric ambient music.
